We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist in managing the backend operations of Shopify storefronts. This role involves handling product listings, store customization, and overall e-commerce product SEO optimization. While Shopify is the primary platform, experience with other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Identify and match best-fit products using tools like Google Lens and similar platforms from interior space pictures.
Set up, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts to align with brand standards.
Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and branding remain consistent across all listings.
Upload and update products, ensuring accurate details such as SKUs, pricing, and stock levels.
Create and edit all product listing text and images to be SEO optimized
Strong attention to detail to ensure branding and data accuracy.
Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Prior experience in e-commerce, web content management
Proficiency in editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design software.
Strong product listing writing skills with an understanding of engaging descriptions.
Strong Excel / Google Sheet experience preferred.
