Role Mission

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team. This role is focused mainly on Accounts Payable, managing a high volume of transactions while keeping accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at the forefront. The ideal candidate is a bookkeeper at heart, problem solver by nature, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every case can be unique.

Experience in the travel or service industry is a nice-to-have, but not a must — what matters most is your ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and ensure smooth financial operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and credit card transactions.
• Process and reconcile a large volume of AP transactions with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits, reporting, and month-end close.
• Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Reservations, Quality Control, Operations) to validate payment details.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of bookkeeping and AR/AP experience.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, including credit cards.
• Proven ability to handle high transaction volumes while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, case-by-case environments.
• (Nice to have) Experience in the travel or service industry where AP processes are complex.
