About the Role
We’re seeking a Payroll & HR Specialist to join our HR team and play a critical role in supporting the employee experience at Traliant. This position blends payroll ownership with HR generalist responsibilities, providing hands-on support across the full HR lifecycle. You’ll manage accurate and timely payroll processing, oversee HRIS data integrity and reporting, and contribute to HR programs that enhance engagement, compliance, and organizational growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping employees succeed. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative HR team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

The pay range for this position $70,000 - $80,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
