About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to play a key role in designing and building the next generation of our frontend architecture. This position is ideal for a highly skilled engineer who is passionate about creating scalable, performant user interfaces and collaborating across teams. While not a formal leadership role, prior experience mentoring others or contributing to architectural decisions is a big plus.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate with Product Management on timelines and clear definitions of doneDeliver the UX team’s vision incrementally through iterative developmentMaintain high code quality while minimizing implementation complexityArchitect and build a new frontend frameworkSet up and maintain functional CI/CD pipelinesMentor engineers and ensure the whole team can work effectively in the new frameworkDefine and communicate frontend requirements for backend/API developmentContribute to team culture by promoting collaboration, adaptability, and technical excellenceMust-Have Skills
8+ years with React and TypeScript3+ years integrating with REST and/or GraphQL APIs3+ years of experience with AWS2+ years of experience leading engineering teams (technical leadership)Proven ability to lead frontend projects from design through implementationStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environmentNice-to-Have Skills
