Role Description
This role involves leading a team responsible for transforming and integrating development and operations processes.

Leads and manages the DevOps team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps tools and processes.

Collaborates with software development and IT operations teams to automate and streamline workflows.
-
Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation across teams.
-
Ensures security and compliance of all DevOps practices.
-
Monitors and reports on key DevOps performance indicators (KPIs).
-
Evaluates new tools, trends, and best practices to improve processes and delivery pipelines.
-
Manages and optimizes cloud infrastructure and services.
-
Oversees incident management and resolution processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
-
May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
-
Eight (8) plus years of experience in DevOps or a related role.

Three (3) plus years of leadership experience.
-
Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-based microservice infrastructure.
-
Experience with Pulumi required.
-
Hands-on experience with AWS required.
-
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Git).

Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management tools.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
-
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to drive continuous improvement.
-
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Requirements

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000
