Remote Recruitment is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant with proficiency in WordPress to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will assist in the execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives while managing and updating our WordPress website content. Your skills in digital marketing and website management will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our audience effectively.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will contribute to content creation, social media management, and website optimization, all while supporting the overall marketing strategy.

• Manage and update website content on our WordPress site, ensuring it is current and aligned with marketing initiatives.
• Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
• Support the development of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Help with the execution and monitoring of email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement new campaign ideas.
• Analyze website and campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Maintain an organized digital filing system for marketing materials and assets.

Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing, with a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with WordPress website management, including content updates and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
