Role Description

The MI & Data Insights Lead is responsible for understanding and maintaining a reporting solution to meet the needs of the Assessment as a service Capability, which will serve multiple clients.

• Build, maintain and publish appropriate and to-the-point dashboards
• Ensure that reporting processes are documented
• Collation of Inputs from multiple teams across all areas of the business
• Review processes for obtaining data and ensure robustness and efficiency
• Manage both internal and external resources, timelines, and milestones across a vertical set of industries
• Advanced SQL skills to write and amend SQL scripts with stored procedures
• Advise on and implement advanced and predictive analytics to enhance service provision
• SSRS and SSIS knowledge to understand and support the solution

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of SQL, Power Query, Power BI & Power Automate
• Ability to reverse engineer reports and solutions
• Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its data structure
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting suite and experience building and utilizing Salesforce reports
