DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and supporting experienced third-party contractors who meet our clients' needs. You will also help foster strong relationships with technician offices and assist with project coordination. When needed, you'll provide backup support for our dispatch operations.
Partner Recruitment Specialist Expectations
Success in this role is essential to maintaining the department’s strong reputation, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness. The Partner Recruitment Specialist must demonstrate excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to convey information clearly, professionally, and with a friendly tone. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, stay organized, and remain responsive to the evolving needs of clients, internal teams, compliance requirements, and technician offices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Adherence to company policies and departmental procedures is expected at all times.
This is a full-time REMOTE opportunity in the United States
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30 pm CST
