We are seeking a Sales Director to join Pharmbills as a consultant, spearheading our U.S. market expansion. This is a strategic, field-based enterprise sales role with full-cycle ownershipβfrom outbound prospecting to closing large ACV BPO deals.
Youβll work closely with leadership and delivery teams, drive revenue, and shape our presence in verticals such as RCM, healthcare administration, finance operations, and more.
Own and exceed a $2.5M+ new business quota in Year 1, scaling to $5Mβ$6M+ over time
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, presentations, negotiation, and close
Build and maintain a robust 3Γβ4Γ pipeline (~$15M) through disciplined outbound efforts (~10β15 meetings/week)
Identify, target, and build trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level buyers across U.S. healthcare and financial services companies
Partner with internal teams (Delivery, RevOps, Leadership) to scope solutions, ensure smooth handoffs, and support long-term client success
Attend and represent Pharmbills at industry events, prospect meetings, and conferences (light U.S. travel required)
Monitor competitor activity, market changes, and client feedback to adapt go-to-market strategy
Serve as a consultative voice in shaping strategic accounts and key partnerships
5β10 years of B2B sales experience in BPO, RCM, healthcare outsourcing, or talent/staffing solutions
Proven success closing $500Kβ$4M ACV deals with U.S.-based clients
Demonstrated ability to build and manage outbound pipelines independently
Deep knowledge of enterprise sales frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
Commercially savvy, solution-oriented thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working in autonomous, high-growth, and metrics-driven environments
Hands-on experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in complex industries
Previous experience selling to U.S. healthcare payers, providers, RCM groups, or financial firms is a strong plus
