In this role, you will play a key part in the management and maintenance of an individual book of business with an emphasis on increasing revenue, building relationships, and leveraging data to identify growth opportunities. Manage an individual book of business consisting of our top strategic accounts, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and account growthIdentify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and new business within the existing customer baseEnsure timely delivery and communication according to the customer's needs and objectivesEnsure customer retention and prevention of churn across the customer baseTrack various KPIs and performance metricsBecome a go-to expert on our product offerings, platform, and processesWhat We're Looking For...
