You’ll play an integral role in post-sales client relationships as it relates to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention and account expansion opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Growth Sales Team, Client Service support teams, and other cross functional teams to maximize the campaign ROI of our customers. Additionally, this role will allow you to use your RTB / Programmatic media buying experience to recommend optimizations to clients for their campaigns and come up with unique solutions that ensure our clients are satisfied with their campaign performance.

What you'll be doing:
Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticalsAdvise clients on effective campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platformEnsure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIsOnboard new clients to the Stackadapt platform, providing them with adequate training, support and resources to be fully self-serveDrive retention and growth by helping clients maximize their usage of StackAdapt’s capabilitiesResolve customer inquiries; ensuring that questions and issues are addressed within established SLAsAssist in the creation of Support documentation for frequently experienced challengesWhat you'll bring to the table:
2+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)Experience running Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve userProven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellenceFocus on retaining accounts and growing revenueThe ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledgeFamiliarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideasExceptional communication, critical thinking, and analytical skillsProven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyExperience providing training and explaining concepts to clients who have different levels of knowledge of programmatic advertisingStackAdapt is a diverse and inclusive team of collaborative, hardworking individuals trying to make a dent in the universe.
